At Pedal Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most electronic components and gear. All returned items must be in their original, mint condition with all packaging and accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer's box and pack it inside a separate shipping carton with adequate protective padding to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our warehouse, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
